Gotta be my fav app workout. I love it and it's a "go to" for a day when I wanna add something additional on any workout day also. I agree with the comment that the audio count is off. But just doing 25 of each move gets it done Just fine.

Some nice exercises, BUT: Timing is WAY out of line: for 15% time set is too long, for 65% it's MUCH too short and only for 20% it's well-timed.
