Sit with the soles of your feet together. Hold on to your ankles and open your knees to the sides. Lift your feet slightly off the floor while holding your ankles. Extend one leg up and out to the side on an exhale. Inhale as you bring your leg back to center. Repeat the move, alternating legs.
