Partner One starts with a ball in hand in a split stance. Partner Two stands 4-6 feet away. Partner One performs a split squat while drawing the ball down to one side and then tossing it to Partner Two while returning to the standing position. Partner Two catches the ball and tosses the ball back to Partner One. Partner One catches the ball while performing a split squat. Repeat! After several reps, choose to switch lead split legs.
