Partner One starts standing with feet hip-width apart and a ball in hand. Partner Two stands 4-6 feet away. Partner One performs a squat while drawing the ball down to one side and then tossing it to Partner Two while returning to the standing position. Partner Two catches the ball and tosses the ball back to Partner One. Partner One catches the ball while performing a squat. Repeat!
