Sit straight up on a stability ball with your feet planted firmly shoulder-width apart on the ground. Hold a medicine ball with both arms extended straight in front of your chest. Securing your hips and legs in the same place on the ball, rotate your the medicine ball as far as you can to your right then to your left, using your core. Keep the medicine ball in the center of your chest as you rotate.
