Killed chest and biceps for nearly 4 hours tonight, then did a bit of heavy abs.

More now that my truck isn’t powering my cooler for some reason, but all in all no. Granted a lot of what I eat is liquid calories so I don’t get bloated being on the road, but I make it work obviously. :)

Biceps workouts are the best workouts! If you want big arms then train your biceps and triceps like major muscle groups!

Thanks. I actually a lot more than that last night and also I did biceps afterward for about 45 minutes and decline sit-ups with a 90 lbs dumbbell for 8 reps. :)

Thanks. I got the NESTA certs in 2015, but I’ve been an NSCA-CPT since 2006. I let the cert lapse in 2010 since I went back to college and stopped training for a while, but the knowledge is still there.

Thanks. That was a 44 inch box jump with very little extra stability for me to work with, and I had my $175 lifting shoes on that are hard flat soles with no cushion and wrap the ankle like a wrestling shoe. I can actually do a 50” box jump with my running shoes on with a two step lead off.
