Start lying on your back with bent legs.

2. Straighten your arms and hold them slightly off the ground with your palms facing down.

Exhale and crunch up. Extend your arms up and reach them toward your shins.

3. Exhale and crunch up. Extend your arms up and reach them toward your shins.

Lower back down smoothly with an exhale.

4. Lower back down smoothly with an exhale.

Your feet should stay put on the floor and your gaze forward at thigh height. Repeat.
