In this 45 Min CONTROLLED Full Body Strength DUMBBELL Workout | Build & Burn | Repeat , we will have 7 bundles, each consisting of 7 movements. Most bundles contain 3 exercises, some for 3 rounds and others for two rounds. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest between exercises and a 30-second rest after each bundle.
