Conditioning for Sports Specific Stregth (CS3). This is a dryland exercise routine designed to help mobilize primary joints and strengthen the body in ways that will help performance. Use of weights should be just heavy enough to afford some resistance without inducing compensating movements. If you do not have kettlebells (KBs) or dumbbells (DBs), you can do the exercises without weights (or use a ball or water bottle instead).
