Set 1&2 are to be done on a MINI STEPPER I use booty bands for both sets but I use the resistance bands instead of weights while on the mini stepper but you can use the weights but baby that burn gone be crazy 🥵 the last 2 sets are standing ab hiit circuits this is truly intense so do forget to sip your water before you start and breathe if you need to stop count down from 5 and get back to it! Enjoy 😉
