Who doesn't love a good Metcon strength & conditioning workout??? Get that heart rate up, move some weights around, and feel amazing afterwards - that's my type of workout. Today, I'll be using 15 and 25 pound (7 and 11 kg) dumbbells, but I encourage everybody to use weights that challenge themselves, while maintaining good form and avoiding risk of injury.
