Hi guys. Here is this week's full body HIIT barbell workout. A follow along workout that can be easily done with a barbell and some weight plates. Using strength resistance training is a great way to build muscle and burn those extra calories. Light weights, high repetition and short rest times will ensure you get a high intensity workout that will be short and effective. For this body workout, we will be doing 2 exercises back to back before combining the 2 together. We’ll be doing a total of 5 combinations before repeating.
