Today’s workout is a full body barbell workout that will focus on building strength. EMOM stands for every minute on the minute and basically means for each exercise set you will have a target range of reps to complete within the minute. Once completed any remaining time within that minute will be your rest time. Depending on your fitness level and total weight load, you can easily adjust the reps to suit your desired intensity.
