In this 30 min HYBRID Bodyweight + Dumbbell FULL BODY Workout | Strength & Endurance | No Repeat, we will have 18 supersets. The first exercises of each superset contains a dumbbell exercises for 40 seconds followed by a bodyweight exercise for 30 seconds. There is a 15 seconds rest between the first and the second exercise and a 20 second rest after each superset. The exercises will become a bit more challenging towards the end of the workout.
