I got the most amazing burn with this one!!! 600 calories burned!!! Although this is a STEPS ONLY workout, I did add a bit of extra effort to the steps, so that it would be more challenging. Let me tell you, my lower abs really started to burn by round 6! This workout doesn't require much attention, so it's ideal for multitasking (online conferences, podcast, TV, Netflix and burn).
