In this 30 Min COMPACT FULL BODY HIIT we will have a 12x bundle of 3x movements that will have some characteristics similar to each other. We Will be focusing on different body parts with each bundle and that will be challenging! We will perform each movement for 35 seconds and there will be a 15 seconds rest in between.
