An all around workout and a fantastic introduction to vinyasa for beginners. Take it easy, start slow, and be gentle with yourself. Sometimes going slower gets us farther. If you have access to a yoga strap, you can place it alongside your mat to use during the final stretching poses. If not, a towel, scarf, or a piece of rope will do the trick as well.
