Here it is! A hangboard training for beginners. This is a follow-along training. You can play this video and do the training with me! To skip the introduction, go to 1:38 min. The training is as follows: Two sets, both with the following hangs: - 4 finger hang on the jugs - 4 finger hang on the jugs (again) - 3 finger hang in the deep pockets (close by) - 3 finger hang in the deep pockets (wider) - 4 finger hang in the deep pockets - 4 finger hang in the deep pockets (again) Every hang you do repeaters. It's 7 times a 6 seconds hang, and a 3 second rest in between. After the hang, you get 2.30 min rest till the next hang. If you're up for another set after the first one, there's a 6 minute rest in between the sets. Good luck and enjoy your training! - SjonSjon
