Shoulder PT Exercises to be done twice a day. These are my required routine per doctor for shoulder injury. This routine is not intended to replace or in any way replace your doctor recommended rehab therapy as they are specifically what my doctor has me doing. This is not intended or suggested to help your specific problem.

Standing Single Arm Shoulder Abduction with Resistance

Standing Single Arm Shoulder Abduction with Dumbbell - Thumb Up
15 reps

Sidelying Shoulder External Rotation Dumbbell
15 reps
15 seconds

Set 5: 3 rounds
Kneeling Plank with Scapular Protraction Retraction AROM
15 reps
15 seconds

Set 6: 3 rounds
Supine Shoulder Overhead Flexion with Medicine Ball
15 reps

Set 7: 3 rounds
Shoulder External Rotation and Scapular Retraction with Reistance

Shoulder External Rotation in Abduction with Anchored Resistence
