I'm one of those weird people who hate doing ab work....that is until I started to have back pain. I had a posterior pelvic tilt (stuck my booty out) in my everyday posture that "stretched out" my abs which for me meant I wasn't using them. It also meant, tight hip-flexors, tight lower back, stiff thoracic spine, small butt muscles, stretched out hamstrings...I could go on. For anyone who can relate, here's a little taste of what I did and still do to help keep my posture tall and abs working. Take the exercises that work for you and do them frequently. Hopefully, this will give you some relief.
