Start with your legs shoulder width apart and an overhand grip on the barbell. Clean the floor from the barbell by quickly pulling it up the front of your body toward your shoulders. Catch the bar in a Front Squat starting position with the bar at your collar bone. Stand up and release the bar back down to the floor.
