It's a simple explanation but a hard task. Your goal is to breathe in and out of only your nose while jogging or running for 10 minutes. It can be on a treadmill or outside. Choose a speed that you feel like you can manage and track your speed or distance so that you can revisit. The purpose of this type of breathwork is to help with balancing your pH and to train your body to use less O2 and produce less cO2 to gain better endurance.
