This is one of my favorite WODs to do on Memorial Day. Let’s pay our respects to all the Fallen Heroes that made it possible for our freedom in America! And go hard and sweat!!💪 ( I set the mile run at 7 minutes. I run my mile at 6 minutes. But do what you can. If it takes more just pause the app until you are finished!) For a little extra credit use a weighted vest 💪🏻😉
