Start in a push-up position with your knees and the balls of your feet on the floor. Perform a pushup and hold at the bottom with your chest close to the floor. Stay down and lift your knees up creating a plank position with just your feet on the floor, put your knees back on the floor and finish the push-up. Repeat!
