Stand on your right leg with the left leg bent at 90 degrees in front of you and hands on your hips. Keeping your right leg straight throughout the entire exercise, take a giant step with your left foot out to the side and lunge. Then push off the left leg back to your standing position. Try to catch your balance before you repeat the exercise.
