About Me

After having 3 children I put on so much weight and decided to get a personal trainer I then found out I was having baby number 4 and carried on with my training and decided to become a personal trainer to show you can still train safely while pregnant and having a a family shouldn't stop you achieving your goals I have lost almost 30kg
